Working For You
In my business, I work on your behalf, to protect and promote your interests in your real estate transaction. I believe it is critical to keep you informed, give you all of your options, and let you make informed decisions. Through the sales process, it is my duty to handle the details of the transaction for you, while keeping you up to speed with our progress. With every decision that needs to be made, I will provide your options, the pros and cons, and the information you need to make informed choices. As the client, you have final say and it is my job to carry out your wishes to the best of my ability.
Committed to Ethics
As a Realtor®, I take ethics seriously. Whether a primary residence, second home or investment property, a home purchase is one of the biggest purchases a person will make in their lives. My job is to protect and promote your interests in the transaction, and I do so honestly, legally and ethically. I am not afraid to walk away from any client who wants me to stray from that commitment.
As my client, we will always have ongoing communication though phone calls, texts and e-mails. You should never be in the dark about any part of your transaction.

Areas I Serve
I primarily work in the southeast metropolitan area of Denver, ranging from the suburbs in Aurora, Greenwood Village, Centennial, Lone Tree and Highlands Ranch, to the smaller towns south including Parker, Foxfield, Franktown, Elizabeth, Kiowa and Castle Rock. I also work east in Bennett, Strasburg, Byers, Deer Trail and Agate.
I grew up in Aurora, so I am very familiar with the Denver metro area and the incredible growth we have seen through the years. I am quite comfortable helping people buy and sell in the southern suburbs, but I am also very familiar with the needs of homes on acreage. Wells, septic tanks and propane are rarely seen in the suburbs, but are all quite common heading to the Eastern plains.
